the fine print
HOW IT WORKS: You can download your high-resolution PDF file(s) via the order confirmation screen, or via the link in your email (check your junk mail too!). To access your digital file you’ll need a desktop computer or a smartphone that supports PDF files.
Files are high enough resolution to be printed on most standard paper sizes. You can then either print your file at home or at your local print/copy shop for best results.
NOTE: Printable products contain a digital file only. No physical product will be mailed. Colours may vary slightly from your computer screen once printed. Please choose carefully – due to the instant access of printables, no refunds or exchanges are offered.
All our products are professionally printed with top quality inks on beautiful heavyweight 250-300gsm matte white stock.
Prints are sold individually with frame and accessories not included so that you can choose that perfect frame to suit your home and style.
Colours may vary slightly from your computer screen. Some fading may occur if the print is placed in permanent direct sunlight.
A5 = 148 x 210mm (5.8 x 8.3″)
A4 = 210 x 297mm (8.3 x 11.7″)
A3 = 297 x 420mm (11.7 x 16.5″)
If you need a size that you don’t see, please get in touch and we may be able to accommodate you.
COST: Standard untracked postage is free within Australia.
International shipping is charged at a flat rate of $8 per order.
TIME: Orders are printed on demand, so please allow up to 5-7 working days for delivery within Australia.
International orders are shipped with Australia Post Air Mail. Please allow 10-17 working days, though some international destinations may take longer.
Need it urgently? Contact me before placing your order to see if we can get your order expedited. Additional charges may apply for express requests.
DETAILS: All items are shipped from Perth, Western Australia using Australia Post regular, untracked mail. Orders are posted in a tough rigid envelope with each print protected in a sealed plastic sleeve. Whilst we trust that our postal service will adhere to the “do not bend” directions, YBcreative cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss that may occur once an order has left our care. Signature upon delivery is not required.
Returns & Refunds
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on printed orders for change of mind.
Unfortunately we cannot take any responsibility for lost mail once it has left our care. We take every care to package and protect each print, however, we do not take responsibility for damages caused to product by how the packaging is opened once it has reached the recipient.
We will gladly replace items if they are proven defective. Please contact us if this is the case.
If you need a customised print, or are in need of logo or graphic design services, please get in touch! I only take on a limited amount of custom work at a time, so we can discuss timelines and details once we have an idea of the what you require.
